Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with missing parts or packaging
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error: we cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
All Charder Medical products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, contact us and we will coordinate with Charder Medical on your behalf.
